Essential installed 17 upgraded light switches. Jake and Ali provided clear and prompt communication. Jake showed up when scheduled and performed the job effectively. We are happy with the service and wil be scheduling additional electrical work soon.
I highly recommend Essential Electric. Jake was very professional, identified and resolved the electrical issue. To me, a licensed electrician is a necessity.

I reached out to Essential Electric through Thumbtack about flickering lights in my home. Instead of immediately scheduling a service call and charging me, they took the time to listen and advised me to contact PG&E first. We always aim to provide fair pricing based on the current market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free on site estimate if needed to review the project and discuss the goal with the customer. We will then provide an estimate for the work discussed via email. The customer can then review the estimate via email and approve that day! Once the estimate is approved we will get you scheduled as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jake attended trade school for his trainee card and is a certified Journeyman electrician as well as a licensed C-10 contractor. His wife Ali, has managed construction projects in excess of $3 million dollars and applies those skills to all projects no matter how big or small.
