- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While my pricing may be standardized to some degree, I must remain some what flexible to accommodate for each person's situation, such as the size or shape of their home, the type of landscaping they may have and more importantly the type and degree of infestation they may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a friendly introduction, I like to have the customer show me around their home or property and further explain what pest related difficulties they have been experiencing. I then help them to see what advances I might make on getting their situation under control and advise them in detail of any other possible benefits they might recieve from subscribing to my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was originally trained by a major Co., located here, throughout Northern Ca., and have continued to take regular ongoing education as well as practical hands-on experience for over twenty years.
