Jeff is an excellent and professional inspector. His use of a drone to check our roof was exceptional. It gave us information that we would not have gotten from a usual home inspector. His report was very accurate and detailed. It arrived the same day as the inspection. We will definitely be using him again.

Jeff was a reliable inspector who gave clear and reasonable feedback on our home inspection process. He offered some work-arounds regarding a few fix it items. He provided a easy to read report back in a timely manner on the walk trhough. He could improve in being even more thorough as the condition of a checked item in the Master bath was given incorrectly. Otherwise, he did a great job and offered some very helpful information. Thank you Jeff for your services, I appreciated your input.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After many years in the construction business this seemed like a good fit and a good move. I know a lot about how a house should be built.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A complete home inspection from crawlspace to the roof. Letting you know what yo are buying. This a really big purchase. Lets make sure its a good one.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they know who they are hiring. Ask lots of questions. Make sure they know what they are doing and have expereince in the inspections service.
