Introduction: I provide one-on-one and group lessons for swimmers of all ages and levels. From babies to adults, beginners to advanced and athletes to triathletes, I customize the lessons for each individual. For swimmers looking to improve their strength and stamina in the water, we work on efficient side breathing, body alignment, proper arm pull position, and review drills designed for their *specific* needs. Typically the most important aspects to reinforce a better swim are tautness, pull power, and oxygen intake. I also provide custom weekly workouts as homework and underwater video feedback from each lesson. My rate is $80/hr or $70/hr when 8 or more lessons are scheduled.
