James and Zach were prompt, careful, responsive, patient, and ridiculously strong as they installed, leveled, and adjusted our large, very heavy elliptical trainer today. They arrived right on time, they were quick about their work while paying close attention to everything they handled, and we could not be happier with their professional help and the courtesy they showed us and our home. I was even more delighted to find that they offer full maintenance services for our new trainer, so while this elliptical has just been completely refurbished, I certainly plan to call them when it’s ready for a tune-up, too!
