Customers should know that the total cost is between $100 and $120 per month depending on the size of the pool, plus additional fees for chemicals. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with new customers starts with an initial consultation, where we discuss your specific needs, preferences, and any unique concerns. From there, we do an assessment to determine the appropriate services and products required. Based on that, we create a customized service plan and provide the customer with a clear quote. Once the customer has approved the plan, we finalize the agreement and schedule their service. We begin promptly and keep in regular communication throughout the process. We also provide ongoing support, monitor the results, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure they are completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in pool maintenance and certain types of pool repairs.
