Ryan is a pleasure to work with and really listens to meet your expectations. Very responsive and flexible to modify workouts due to injury, level of comfort or experience. Ryan is very knowledgeable, encouraging and motivated to help you reach your goals. He provides a very fun and energetic atmosphere and you feel very satisfied when you leave any class he teaches!

When I first signed the membership of gym I was confused about what I wanted with my body and how I want it shaped. Then I met Ryan and we started discussion about a training program. I quickly got convinced by him to sign up for his training program because of his knowledge and great attitude. Once we started the sessions I never looked back. He was very thorough with his plans and also new exactly what was best for my physique. Best thing about Ryan is that he keeps himself up to speed with new methods and techniques to enhance fitness. Ever since he started training me (4 months ago) I have seen more gains and hit more PRs than I ever have! He also helped me fix some muscular imbalances. I was too internally rotated which caused minor shoulder issues and bad posture and now I have much better posture and my shoulders are very happy. Ryan makes working out fun, his classes allow me to stop thinking about stress of life, and just focus on the workout. I don't like going to the gym or working out, but I do like when Ryan Coaches, it's why I have signed up for this 3rd set of 6 weeks with him. I would highly recommend Ryan for anyone looking for a starting point or looking for a challenge. He has had anywhere from beginners to frequent gym "go-ers" get a good workout from his class. He also modifies an exercise for any injury you have.
