After recently returning from vacation, I found that four of my electrical outlets in my house were not working. I contacted Cook home services and they were able to come out same day. Rodger was very professional looking, and knowledgeable about the situation. He traced the problem using his testing equipment, turned the power off to the broken outlets and had the replacement parts with him. He replaced two outlets in my kitchen and two outlets in my living room. He then tested everything to make sure they worked. As a courtesy he then checked all the other outlets in my home. As a bonus to me, he cleaned up any material and removed and disposed the broken non working outlets. I truly believe he prevented a fire from happening in the future to my home. His rate was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to call Cook Homeservices again for any problem I could not fix myself.
