Trent did an awesome job explaining our options for AC replacement and heater replacement and risks. Felt little pressure and was greatly educational. Chris and Nick came to install the new heating and air conditioning system later that week and were prompt, clean, super respectful of my home. They explained how to use the new heating and cooling system. Whole Grogan Mechanical team was great and would do business with them in a heartbeat in Bakersfield.

I called a few other HVAC companies nearby in Bakersfield and they were not nearly as professional and helpful as Grogan Mechanical. The office was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and took care of me. I was very happy with Nick and Trent, who not only diagnosed and resolved my heater issue in a timely manner, but took the time to explain everything in great detail and answer any questions I had about my furnace and indoor air quality. It’s apparent that the team here puts in genuine effort to provide not only quality technical work but also top tier customer service.
