- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always do continued education to keep up on the latest in the culinary world. I also belong to the Culinary Institute of America's web mail and news letter
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers are varying in their request. I have done a steak BBQ, Italian dinner, Mexican feast and Japanese dinner just naming a few that was all well received. I prepared and served a breakfast lunch and dinner for 130 people out in the middle of a back country field.
