Introduction: Do to my wide experience working with food I am able to meet my customers needs. I am also able to do ice carvings, fruit & vegetable carvings. The creative liberty food gives me and the many mediums I am capable of working in keeps my interest always evolving. I also enjoy teaching my clients about food and showing them simple tricks they can use in every day food preparation.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I always do continued education to keep up on the latest in the culinary world. I also belong to the Culinary Institute of America's web mail and news letter

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    My customers are varying in their request. I have done a steak BBQ, Italian dinner, Mexican feast and Japanese dinner just naming a few that was all well received. I prepared and served a breakfast lunch and dinner for 130 people out in the middle of a back country field.
