- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality of work, experience, and full-service approach we bring to every project. Every job is priced individually based on scope, design, and materials. We’re transparent about costs up front, and there are no hidden fees. This ensures the budget is clear from the beginning and the finished product meets a high standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, it starts with a consultation to understand the scope of the project, budget, and vision. From there, we schedule a site visit to evaluate the property and gather all the details needed to plan the work properly. For custom homes and ADU projects, our architect team works directly with the customer to complete the full design and prepare plans for permitting. We handle the entire permit process from start to finish, working closely with cities and counties. For kitchen and bathroom remodels, not every project requires architectural plans or permits. If they are needed, we guide the customer through that process and handle any required approvals. Once everything is in place, we move into construction, managing the entire build and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. The goal is to make the process smooth, organized, and efficient while delivering high-quality results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, specializing in residential and commercial projects. My background includes extensive training in structural framing, project management, building codes, and permit coordination. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with architects, engineers, and city officials to deliver high-quality remodels, ADUs, and custom homes. My expertise comes from both formal training and decades of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
