I’m friendly with a Very positive attitude and great communication skills. I’ve been doing this for over 5 years now and have the right equipment. Also offering great savings when booking (or if you can wait) 4 to 7 days. This means if I book several people for the same day I’m doing less driving and therefore I’m able to charge less for a giving pile of debris. This applies for Junk Removal ONLY.

Jose got the job done and was careful of my furniture, wall, and door. The time changed as to when he would be coming, but thankfully, I was in a position to be flexible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my prices are based on dump fees and hauling fees mostly (Labor fees will apply for big projects/piles) so there is little to understand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will be honest up front, and will help him/her understand prices by breaking down the cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I posses a Class A driving license, this means that I had to go trough various DMV tests including a skill driving test (with truck and trailer) to make sure I can drive big trailer.
