- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our standard dispatch/diagnostic fee is $85, and that fee is waived or applied toward the approved repair when you move forward with the work. We also offer flat-rate pricing, same-day service when available, and honest recommendations before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to the issue and gather the basic information needed to schedule the appointment. Once we arrive, we inspect the system or problem, explain what we found, and provide upfront options before starting any work. Our goal is to make the process simple, professional, and stress-free from the first call to the completed job.

Our team has hands-on trade experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service. We stay up to date on proper installation practices, troubleshooting, safety procedures, local code requirements, and manufacturer guidelines so every job is completed the right way.
