Very courteous and knowledgeable. Explain in detail cleaning dryer vent. Show me the debris, dust, dirt accumulated in vent. He said would it been a hazard if I left it undone. I hire him for other jobs. Thank you Thumbtack for sending him to my home.😁

I changed me old thermostat to the new nest at 9pm on a Friday and as I proudly turned on the system the HEAT turned (it was already 90 degrees outside). In a panic I sent out a message to several HVAC people on thumbtack and only one responded via phone to walk me through the repair and it was Ryan. I heard his family in the back ground of the call and I apologized for the late call and he said no problem, you need AC in this heat. I'm from a larger city and this would have never happened there,ever. The next day he came out to look at the system and found additional issues and effortlessly resolved them. Additionally he has followed up to make sure all is still ok. I highly recommend this company.

First of all the highlights of working with RBI Mechanical are numerous. Punctual, Reaponsive, Professional, Honest, Concerned for the well being of the client, and tremendous Value along with excellent work quality. Where do I begin? I have significant health challenges and require a rather controlled environment in my home to reduce complications. The air conditioning and filtration is essential to this. I had worked with numerous contractors and companies to address what was clearly a poorly implemented central A/C and ultimately a health hazard due to issues with the furnace, coils and ducting. Most companies either quoted utterly exorbitant fees or flatly refused to do the work to completion. Many would throw their hands in the air and walk away. RBI Mechanical and specifically the proprietor Ryan was a fantastic experience. He listened to my concerns and genuinely took an interest in ensuring I had the optimal system for my health and comfort. He suggested a central unit with a UV light and enhanced filtration. I was not even aware such a thing existed. I was elated at the prospect. The work required a complete replacement of the furnace, coils and the condenser to ensure it worked optimally for my home. I knew this was the best path but still had to poke fun at the potential expense. Ryan joked back but then gave me an estimate that was tremendously reasonable. Frankly, I was quite pleasantly surprised. He even went so far as to secure a credit against the new condenser for my old one as it was less than a year old. Other things that impressed me tremendously were his punctuality. He would be on time or slightly early at each visit. He and his team dropped off the equipment a day in advance of the work and they completed the job in 5 hours. The air that came through the vents was crystal clear. Devoid of any of the dank, sewage smell that came from the old system. I anticipate this will be a huge benefit to my health. And in addition I plan to continue to work with RBI Mechanical to maintain and ensure my unit is working optimally for the foreseeable future. You will be hard pressed to find a better company to work with. I recommend them whole heartedly and am elated at the experience. Thanks to RBI Mechanical and I hope those of you looking for professionals find this review of use.
