FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FULL HOME & MOBILE INSPECTIONS START AT $250 A home is probably the biggest purchase you’ll ever make, so it’s important to understand the condition of your investment. I'll provide a non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. While a home inspection can’t reveal every concern that exists, it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision. ADD-ON SERVICES -35% off ancillary services when added to a standard inspection. SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION Are your sinks and tubs emptying too slowly? Are you looking at buying an older home? We use a special camera to visually inspect the condition of the sewer line, looking for any issues that could potentially interfere with the homes plumbing system. Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later. SEPTIC INSPECTION I will conduct an onsite septic tank observation, assess its overall condition, maintenance and tank capacity than advise you of my findings. If the system is overloaded, I can recommend further steps you can take to remedy the problem. This does not qualify as a real estate property transfer inspection & certification of system per California code. CHIMNEY & FIREPLACE INSPECTION Level-two chimney inspection uses a special camera. I climb up on the roof and lower the camera down the chimney. This allows for a more detailed inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buying or Selling a home does not happen many times in a person's life. This means each of our clients are going to be new. We provide our clients multiple ways of communicating with us and learning about New Horizons Home Inspection. Thumbtack is just one way to communicate. Feel free to call, text or visit our website for more information or to schedule your Inspection. Once we know where the home is and the square footage we will give you a flat rate. This includes all taxes and fees. Unless you decide to add-on a service, the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
