- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I offer different packages because not every event requires big setups. My DJ service packages range from basic setups to big elaborate setups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My job is to listen to what their needs and wants are for their event, and to assure them that they are dealing with a professional. Most importantly we will provide excellent service and make sure their event is memorable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training has been self taught. When I was growing up their wasn't DJ schools how they have now. Practice Practice Practice was my school.
