I spoke with Anthony very professional individual who properly explained the process over the phone since this was our first time ever using an exterminator. When Jakob arrived very friendly and we did a walk through and he reassured me of what would get done and I was not disappointed very thorough in his job and overall work. We actually started seeing dead bugs around the property so I’m glad to have gone with this company.

Frank came out to my house and quickly identified the termite colony. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his work. I appreciate the quality of the service he provided and the thoroughness of the treatment.
That said, there was a bit of confusion around pricing and communication. The Thumbtack estimate listed $135, and I was initially informed that there would be an inspection first, followed by treatment at a later stage. However, treatment began and invoice of $550 during the same visit without prior notice of the updated cost.
While I’m very satisfied with the work itself, clearer communication and transparency around pricing beforehand would have made the overall experience even better.

They responded to my request on thumbtack quickly. I had priced around a bit and theirs was the best around. Anthony was able to schedule service the next day and Jakob showed up in the time frame no issues. He was kind and polite and did a very thorough job. We were so impressed with their service we are having them back to spray our yard which was very reasonable as well. They get 5 stars in my book and I will be recommending them to family and friends.
