Frank came out to my house and quickly identified the termite colony. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his work. I appreciate the quality of the service he provided and the thoroughness of the treatment. That said, there was a bit of confusion around pricing and communication. The Thumbtack estimate listed $135, and I was initially informed that there would be an inspection first, followed by treatment at a later stage. However, treatment began and invoice of $550 during the same visit without prior notice of the updated cost. While I’m very satisfied with the work itself, clearer communication and transparency around pricing beforehand would have made the overall experience even better.

I am not sure why I was only allowed to choose three of the five options because every one of the options they excel in. The value, the professionalism, all of it. Frank responded and was there within an hour. I couldn’t be happier. He removed a cat that had died in my backyard and had been decomposing for about two weeks before I found out about it as I was out of town. He was there in about an hour and a very short time later everything was taken care of.
