- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing — you get a firm price before any work begins, so there are never surprises, and estimates are free. We never push repairs you don't need. Most garage door repairs (springs, cables, rollers, opener fixes) run from around $125 up depending on parts and your door; a full new garage door installation starts higher. We also offer flexible financing, including $0-down options for qualified buyers, and a Buyback trade-in that credits your old door toward a new one. Ask about current specials when you reach out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick call to understand what your garage door is doing. We schedule a visit — often same-day across the Inland Empire — and a technician inspects the full system: springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and opener. We diagnose the real problem, explain your options in plain language, and give you a firm, upfront price before any work. Once you approve, we complete the repair or installation, balance and safety-test the door, and make sure everything runs smoothly before we leave — backed by a written warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained hands-on across the entire garage door system — torsion and extension springs, cables, rollers, tracks, panels, and opener electronics. We're experienced with all major brands, including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie. Because garage door springs are under extreme tension, safe spring handling and proper winding are a core part of our training. We also stay current on modern smart, Wi-Fi, and battery-backup openers so we can service and install the latest equipment.
