David was absolutely outstanding. My garagedoor stopped working. He gave me a quote over text and it was true when he came to fix it. Other companies tell you to call so they can send someone out. I sent a picture through text message on Labor day hoping he would be available. To my surprise he was able to come out within 15 minutes and quickly change the spring torsions.His response time, professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help on a holiday was truly exceptional. It's not often you find someone that is reliable and dedicated to taking care of theior customers. My pricing is typically more affordable than the larger big box garage door contractor with large overhead. I prefer to keep my business small and deal personally with my customer directly. I'm able to offer senior and veteran discounts as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is a phone call/text to identify the issues. Set appointment for a free service call to see the problems in person to provide a fair and correct estimate and scope of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will explain the normal operations of you garage door system and provide a clearly explain and the best course of action. I will provide an affordable solution and not push for any up sell.
