Devin was very professional and quick to reply to any and all questions I had, always replying within a couple of hours the same day. He shared with me the options I had to repair my dryer (along with pictures of the part I needed) and the associated cost. He was very reasonable for the charge of the repair and after witnessing the work he did it was very much worth it. He was able to install the broken timer assembly for my dryer and get it up and running quickly. He arrived earlier than our agreed upon meeting time after I said I was free earlier than I expected which, was very much welcomed since we had gone over two weeks without a working dryer. When asked about a step in the repair process he took the time to answer and didn't rush me which I appreciated. I would highly recommend him for any of your repair needs especially anything dryer related. I am super happy with everything from the first contact, to the repair, and final handshake (always a good sign of a good business in my book). Definitely keeping Strictly Professional in my contact list for future repairs when they arise.
