What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always fair and very competitive with companies and agencies. We prefer to do a thorough cleaning on the first visit. Then offer the best rate possible for reoccurring services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walkthrough with a new client helps him/her and us know where their property needs attention and a time frame for the first cleaning
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work for property managers so we are familiar with what clients will be looking for and how we can provide the best service possible.
