- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40/hr if I bring my helper she's another $40/hr. I will give a flat rate after I have done an initial clean for recurring jobs only. And we gladly give discounts to senior citizens who just needs alil help around the house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them know that my first visit is considered my initial/deep cleaning. I charge an hourly rate and what is included in the type of cleaning they are asking for. They let me know they are interested in my services so we schedule the best date and time for both of us. It's also their choice to have just myself or bring a partner to do a thorough job much quicker as a team. Then at the end of the day when they are very pleased with their clean home we set a monthly or bi-monthly return date to do basic cleaning and we agree on a fair flat rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doesn't take much of an education just a life time of training.
