Client expectation is something I felt was important to the team. Christian was the go-to guy who took charge of the cleaning tasks. I thought he did a great job. Dylan's work was detailed and precise, then he surprised me toward the end with a take charge approach to finalizing the work and paying the bill. Zach was charming, accommodating beyond-the-call and very responsive to our needs. It was a pleasure working with all of them.

We offer flat rate pricing! Each job we do starts at a flat rate of $150. This will include up to (2 Beds & (2) Baths. Discounts may be applied depending on what type of recurring work order is needed (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
