- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make payment agreements with my client. 50% at the beginning, 25% at the half and 25% at the end of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
3 simple steps: 1- We meet the client so we can listen to their needs. we picture and measure the space taking as much information as possible to start creating a personalized space. 2- After de consultation, we create a design proposal where we show: the distribution of space, color palette, textures, furniture and decoration accessories and show through our 3D software. 3- Finally we look for the furniture, decoration and all details we need for the project. We start installing and we make sure that all the details are in their proper place and leave everything ready for you to enjoy your newly renovated space! :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from APEC University with a Bachelors in Architectural Interior Design in 2012 being recognized many times for my outstanding work. In order to expand my knowledge, I'm earned a Certificate in Vertical Gardens in Barcelona, Spain. This allowed me to integrate nature in design spaces; I'm appreciation and respect for nature and natural elements are the fundamental piece on my creations.
