- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When requesting quotes, know that we are doing everything in our power to fight inflation. However, our guys still need to be paid and our trucks still need to be fueled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go through everything they wish to remove or service and ask if that is all they need. If anything needs to be added, I always advise to get rid of it while we are there. Otherwise, any other items to be removed later, will eventually have to be removed by the client. That is unless they would like to have me back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the business owner, I have thrived in developing a charismatic and empathic approach to our clientele. I am ready and available to address all questions and concerns at any given time. I am also currently in college continuing my goals in medicine while I run the business.
