Introduction: After 14 years in law enforcement, during which I gained extensive experience in specialized assignments such as SWAT, SWAT K9, field training officer, gang task force, and recruit training officer at Ben Clark Training Center Police Academy, I decided to start my own security company. Throughout my career, I honed my skills in various aspects of security and law enforcement, becoming proficient in handling high-pressure situations and ensuring public safety. However, I felt a calling to transfer these skills and experiences into the private sector.
