Introduction: I have been a Certified Yoga Instructor as well as a Certified Wholistic Health & Wellness Coach for 17 plus years. Individuality is always a key focus for me. All sessions are taught at the level of the client so it is not too overwhelming. Every body is different and all programs are designed specifically for each client. I pride myself on assisting the client in maintaining proper alignment and positioning throughout the entire session. All yoga postures are taught the correct way from the first session and is the foundation of building a safe, sustainable yoga practice. I am also passionate about my clients living a Healthy Lifestyle through health & wellness. We have programs designed to catapult you to the next level of wellness and overall health. If you have a body you can do yoga. If you are looking to improve your health then we are willing and ready to work with you. Diedre was such an amazing instructor and such a beautiful soul. Diedre was highly professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with! She came to Scripps park by the ocean and taught a yoga class as part of a women's retreat. She is a wonderful teacher, knowledgeable and shared modifications of poses to make it inclusive of all participants. Diedre incorporated spiritual affirmations in a way that was very congruent with our retreat "vibe". And loved the reminders to "look at the ocean"! Great experience!

Diedre is an absolute gem of a human! She made my private birthday yoga session at home so very special with my group of best friends and family. She helped guide a group of mostly yoga newbies in a really enjoyable session that was meditative and cleansing. Do not hesitate to hire Diedre! ❤️
