Introduction
I’ve been in the industry since 2010 disassembling and reassembling fitness equipment at a remanufacturing warehouse, turning old machines back to new. With experience in automotive repairs, troubleshooting became a main part of my leadership and supervisor position along with local service calls and out of state installations. In 2015, I went on my own as a service technician serving Los Angeles and neighboring counties. I have 5+ years experience delivering high end pianos. This has also helped me merge quickly into learning to move fitness equipment that come in different shapes and forms. Customer service and satisfaction is what I aim for.

Chris came on time and looked at my exercise bike. He looked at the problem and informed he would need to order a certain part that may be hard to get with older bikes. He later confirmed he would need to search other sources as the manufacturer doesn’t make the part anymore. I thanked him and told him I’m deciding if I want to repair or replace the bike. He was very nice and informative, I’ll certainly use him for my other fitness equipment.

I'm really glad that he was able to replace our treadmill's belt and chain in less than one hour.

Because of the reviews on Thumbtack, I contacted Chris. All the reviews are true. He is awesome. Responded right away. Asked the right questions and kept in touch while we were getting what was needed to fix my treadmill. He came when he said he would, did a great job replacing my broken belt and explaining to me how to avoid the problem again. Really good experience. Price was reasonable and fair too. Thanks Chris!
