Scott, Brandon, and Ajay were so helpful! They went above and beyond taking the time to look for a match for our carpetrepair and did a great job. All repairs were seamless. The repairs and then an overall carpet cleaning was very reasonable in terms of price. Ajay did most of the labor and did a phenomenal job. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple:
1. Take a series of pictures or videos and upload them to Thumbtack in response to my initial quote response,
2. or send them to me via text or email.
3. We can also do a quote via faceTime/video calls.
4. I'll see the job scope clearly and submit my quote via Thumbtack.
5. You accept and we book the appointment to get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Carpet and water damage industry for 15 years. I decided recently to strictly focus on repairs only as my niche.
I am one class/course away from being an IICCRC certified Master Technician which means I can do anything with carpet e.g. carpet repairs and re-stretching, cleaning carpet, water damage restoration, urine and odor removal.
