Called to make an appointment a few days ago, since we had such a great experience the first time. This time around the service was JUST AS GOOD! Great customer service through the call center and when dealing with the technicians. Israel came to clean out air ducts out, check out HVAC system for leaks and clean out our dryer vent. He Was in and out in 2 hours, and did a thorough, great job.

I sent a request on Thumbtack and I chose HOME TEAM SERVICES . Israel came and cleaned out my ancient old furnace and air ducts at a rental house I had just finished remodeling in Mill valley. They took out so much junk from the vents that I was amazed. I don't think the furnace had been cleaned in 20 years, it's amazing how much stuff could be in there, especially after a remodel. Anyways, they did a great job and I'm going to have them do my primary house this fall as well.

I'm impressed with what the guys at Home Team Services sucked up out of my vents including combs, hair clips, plastic lids, a toy, and a paper pamphlet. Clearly some of the little munchkins who lived in this house prior to me had used the vents as a trash chute. But more impressive was Home Team Services friendly, efficient service. Israel headed up the two person team and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was very helpful showing me parts of my furnace I had never seen before. His assistant carefully took off my vents which had 70 years of paint keeping them glued to the wall. They even took extra time to seal the area around my vents and had screws to replace the sub-par nails that used to hold my vents in place. This company clearly prides itself on service and it shows. The price was more than fair for the amount of labor and quality work I received. The best part? They even cleaned my dryer vent which much to my surprise had become the final resting place for a toasted rat.
