Gisele catered our Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas breakfast and Christmas dinner for a family of 5. The amount of food we received feed us for days. The food was absolutely delicious. (The ribs were the best I've ever had). I can't recommend Gisele enough. I highly recommend her for all of your catering needs.

Last Thursday morning, I learned the day and time for the celebration of life for a close friend of mine. The funeral and services were literally the next day. Anyone bringing food, needed to have it set up by Friday at 10 am. I looked online and ran into Thumbtack. It asked the day and time my catering event was needed. I was lucky to run into Gisele's company. I looked at a few profiles, read a few reviews, and figured it was too late to do anything within a 24-hour period. To my shock and surprise, Gisele reached out to me! She texted and asked if we could talk about what I needed. I explained my situation, she asked my budget, and she helped me along the process. I must say that the options were quite extensive. She was able to show me popular items and gave me recommendations. She basically took care of the entire planning process, and the end result was perfect. Overall, the food was all a perfect compliment to what everyone else made, e.i., pasta, rice, beans, mac and cheese, etc.. She and her husband provided dishes that really seemed to round out the meal. In the end, I choose to go with fried chicken, deviled eggs, and homemade honey cornbread for 50 people! She followed the time schedule perfectly. Everyone seemed to comment about how good the food was! The chicken was so flavor, so moist, and it had the most perfect fried color. The deviled eggs were divine, and the cornbread didn’t last long on the table. All that surely reflected good on me! Thanks again for making this process seamless! I absolutely loved working with Gisele's Home Services. Gisele was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very accommodating to my requests and changes to the menu that I wanted. I would not hesitate to hire her again for any future event. I highly recommend Gisele's Home Service for any catering event.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking as a child learning from my Mom who was a French Cook. She would cook amazing French food for dinner parties hosted by her and my Dad. This was the foundation for my career.
