Naushad is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week and really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions. His knowledge is vast in areas of training, injury wellness as well as in creating a dynamic and exciting training routine. More importantly, Naushad’s professional demeanor is like no other: He ensures that my technique was always correct to avoid any injuries and he is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up with training plans & ready to train. I highly recommend Naushad - The professionalism and passion for what he does is second to none and it rubs off on you in a positive way. The training knowledge aside, Naushad is a super nice guy and always has a smile on his face – it was great to work with him.Apr 18, 2016
I have been training with Naushad for about a month now and look forward to each and every session. He keeps the workouts dynamic, challenging and fun. He's also very conscientious of your particular fitness needs and restrictions. I highly recommend him and would give him 6 stars if that was an option.Aug 5, 2015Verified
Naushad is awesome - super responsive, tailors each workout to your ability, and is genuinely fun to work with.Mar 19, 2015Verified
I just had my first session with Naush, and this is the first time I've seen a personal trainer 1-on-1, so I don't have a ton of context for what makes a good or outstanding session, but I did commit to at least 5 more sessions with him, so that's probably the best review of all. I'm leaving room for an "outstanding" review until I start to see results, as that, to me, will be the true test of value. He seems like a lovely person, caring and supportive, and what I like most of all so far is his attention and care around making sure I'm completing each exercise with the proper form, to prevent injury. So, you know what? Changed my mind. Giving him 5 stars. Can't think of anything I'd have wanted him to do differently.Feb 16, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we schedule a phone call to discuss goals, any pertinent health issues, and schedule. Next, clients are sent an intake form via email to complete before the first session. The first session (for either bodywork or training) will include a functional movement and posture assessment so that I can put together an appropriate plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm always studying the latest from well known health, fitness, and wellness professionals. I have two certifications from NASM and in 2015 I received my certification as a massage therapist. A few people I learn a lot from are Thomas Meyers, Craig Liebenson, Perry Nickelston, Chris Hallford, Paul Chek, Kelly Starret, and Pete Egoscue.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I find it extremely rewarding to help people feel healthier and better in their body. I used to work at desk job and I got too antsy sitting at a desk all day. My background in sports and fitness made it a no brainer decision to work as a health and wellness professional.
