- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates based on the initial inspection. All prices are final and there are no "Surprise fee's". Lastly we offer competitive prices for all of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate our customers and the business they bring to us. We start off by scheduling a time convenient for them to perform a visual inspection (this includes taking measurements of the job site, taking pictures and videos) which we will then present to the customer. We will go over exactly what is needed and the materials that we recommend to use. After that we provide the estimate via email to our customers. If the job is approved by our customer we will schedule a date for the work to take place. We take the satisfaction of each client very seriously, therefore we will do everything in our power to leave you happy with our job.
