- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 in person session is $150, if you choose to purchase a training package that $150 will be applied to your package. 12 sessions = $1200 ($100/50 minute session) Packages include: -access to customized fitness app -messaging with your coach -schedule guidance & support -cardio, stretching, mobility and flexibility guidelines
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is a free virtual consultation. This allows us to discuss your goals, and for me to share my approach as a coach. I think this is a very important step to see if we are a good match before committing to working together. Our first session begins with a movement assessment and continues into a training session tailored to your goals and body.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's degree in teaching & curriculum which helps me guide my clients efficiently towards their goals. I understand how to break down concepts and I pride myself on being client centered in my approach. I understand how to help clients make big changes in their lives in sustainable, joyful ways. I am also a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and my master health & wellness certification is in process. I am fully insured.
