I have been doing Lily’s training program for a few months and I love it! We did 6 weeks of twice weekly in-person training where Lily helped me focus on form. She learned my limitations and adjusted so I could keep making progress. Since then I’ve been doing her strength training workouts at home and this format is working as well. I love the triple set format of each exercise so I can really push myself. Lily thoughtfully designed each workout to target the full body and she’s always available to answer questions, give encouraging feedback, and send other helpful workout tips. I can see and feel the results - I would recommend Lily to anyone!

Lily is a wonderful person and trainer. She worked with us in our home to get a good routine down while accommodating mobility limitations, last-minute illnesses, and holding delightful conversations. The exercises were manageable and realistic.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    1 in person session is $150, if you choose to purchase a training package that $150 will be applied to your package. 12 sessions = $1200 ($100/50 minute session) Packages include: -access to customized fitness app -messaging with your coach -schedule guidance & support -cardio, stretching, mobility and flexibility guidelines

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Step one is a free virtual consultation. This allows us to discuss your goals, and for me to share my approach as a coach. I think this is a very important step to see if we are a good match before committing to working together. Our first session begins with a movement assessment and continues into a training session tailored to your goals and body.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold a Master's degree in teaching & curriculum which helps me guide my clients efficiently towards their goals. I understand how to break down concepts and I pride myself on being client centered in my approach. I understand how to help clients make big changes in their lives in sustainable, joyful ways. I am also a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and my master health & wellness certification is in process. I am fully insured.
