I highly recommend Eric! He did an exceptional job tuning my piano, especially considering its age and condition. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to really listen to the piano and understand what it needed. It was clear that he genuinely cared about bringing the instrument back to life rather than simply doing a quick tuning and leaving.

He was punctual, professional, communicative, and very patient throughout the entire process. When I noticed something afterward and reached out, he didn’t hesitate to come back and take another look. He generously offered his time and expertise to make sure I was completely satisfied.

I truly appreciated his dedication, craftsmanship, and willingness to go the extra mile. My old piano sounds so much better, and I’m grateful for the care he put into reviving it. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, reliable, patient, and passionate about what he does, I highly recommend him!

Eric went above and beyond for this job. Other pros have walked in and said our 200+ year old piano was not tunable, but Eric made several visits just to secure the right tools for our specific model. He was extremely thorough and meticulous at the job. I can't recommend him highly enough.
