- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are 3 ways to get solar from Sunrun: 1. Cash purchase. You pay for the entire system prior to installation. 2. Loan. You take out a home equity loan or similar and make payments to the bank or lender. 3. Lease. This is our most popular option. You pay a fixed monthly fee to Sunrun instead of paying PG&E for your electricity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are several steps to start the process. 1. A quick phone call to answer any questions. 2. If you're a good candidate for solar, I work up a draft design. 3. We then meet to discuss your solar options and review the design. 4. If you select an option and like the design, we move on to scheduling a having a site analysis done to determine the condition of your roof, attic structure and electrical panel to determine if there are any potential added costs. 5. Then we both review and sign some documents. 6. I then schedule your permit with the city. Once approved we move to scheduling your installation.

I am HIS (Home Improvement Specialist) certified. License:126733SP We have ongoing training to upgrade our knowledge and skills.
