- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. August 17-18th, I will be taking Levels 1&2 in Minneapolis with the Court of the Master Sommeliers...excited!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was fear turned passion. I was working as a server in NY, and one day the owners of the restaurant sat me down, and told me to pipe up my wine knowledge, or loose my job. They told me to get a "wine bible", and start studying. I did, and on the train ride home, I was frightened for my job. Then, I opened the book...haven't put it down since...this is my life!!
