Ben installed roller shades for me. I had tried to do it myself but of course failed miserably. Ben installed the remaining shades perfectly and did his best to rectify the mistake I made on the one I installed, (and he did make it much more operable considering I damaged the return spring). I will order another spring from the shade store and, if possible, have Ben install the new spring when it arrives. 5 Stars for his effort; 5 stars for his expertise and 5 stars for his honesty and dignity! You won't regret bringing Ben over to perform your needed task. Thanks Ben!

I was completely blown away by the service that Ben provided. He went above and beyond. The hardware that was included from the factory was not sufficient, Ben had no problem going to the store and getting the proper tools for the job. I would highly recommend him and we will be using him again in the future.

Romroll did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond and used his own s hooks rather than the plain screws that came with them to make sure the curtains look the best. He was very kind and did great work. I highly recommend.

He arrived on time, worked neatly, double-checked alignment, tested each shade, and made sure we knew how everything worked.
