Denise Caplan is one of the best! Her professionalism was impeccable. The food was nothing less than amazing! She catered for my party and I did not have to worry about anything. I left it all up to her and I was never disappointed one bit! Everything went without a glitch! Until this day everyone is still talking about how well organized the party was, and not to mention the food!!! Wow!!! I would let her throw me a party any day! 100% recommend her if you really want a great party and if you appreciate excellent food! Thank you Denise Caplan!

Denise prepares top-notch food. Simple as that. If you want a unique and memorable event, I can't imagine anyone better. I can't decide if I enjoyed the appetizers, chicken dish or desserts most. Thankfully I've had a chance to enjoy all a few times now. The best!

Denise is a superb gourmet chef and exquisite party planner. I have had the pleasure of attending a number of her events both domestically and overseas, and I have had a wonderful time and enjoyed the most amazing food every time! I was lucky enough to try her amazing food at a fabulous Hollywood Party recently and I must say, I was impressed. I worked as a food consultant for the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi (Al Nahyan Palaces) and was able to consult with some of the finest chefs in the world, I do think Denise Caplan is an exquisite chef and I would definitely recommend her to anyone hosting a fabulous event filled with Celebrities and Royal guests. I think she should have her own reality TV show, she was able to do her work and look fabulous at the same time. A woman that didn't let the heat in the kitchen get to her. Now that's Talent! I meet Denise at a house party that had been set up for her to try out new dishes. I really liked how personable she was and how well she mixed with the guests. The food itself was divine! My favorite was a goat cheese croquet. They had such a sweet taste with the right amount of spice. Another dish that caught my attention was a ceviche. I was amazed as it had a different texture then I am used to and though the flavor was more bold then fishy as some tend to be. ONset Catering is defiantly going to be my go to for any events I host.
