Our central HVAC system died last night (1/10/26), in the middle of winter. I phoned Denis and received a response within 15 minutes. Once here, he quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. Denis immediately began working to repair our unit. Additionally, the cost for services was reasonable. I am very impressed with his knowledge base and skills. He also gave great recommendations for unit upkeep. Highly recommend.

Denis was excellent to work with from start to finish. He responded quickly to our request and was able to schedule a same-day visit, which was a huge help. Once on site, he quickly assessed the issue and repaired the leak efficiently and professionally. What we appreciated most was how mindful he was of our business—he completed the work without disrupting our retail store during a busy holiday shopping period. After everything was finished, Denis followed up with a call to walk me through what was done and answer any questions. Clear communication, fast service, and great professionalism. I requested this pro for a thermostat repair, quoted at $75. When he arrived, there was a miscommunication and he ended up installing the thermostat, even though I only needed the power issue fixed. Installation was priced much higher ($150), but we settled at $100. He installed the thermostat, fixed the power problem, and everything works perfectly now. Denis also helped remove the old furnace filter, which I really appreciated. The work was good and the issue was resolved, so I’m giving 5 stars. My only feedback is that pricing should be crystal clear before starting the job, since that part is important to me.
