I requested this pro for a thermostat repair, quoted at $75. When he arrived, there was a miscommunication and he ended up installing the thermostat, even though I only needed the power issue fixed. Installation was priced much higher ($150), but we settled at $100. He installed the thermostat, fixed the power problem, and everything works perfectly now. Denis also helped remove the old furnace filter, which I really appreciated. The work was good and the issue was resolved, so I’m giving 5 stars. My only feedback is that pricing should be crystal clear before starting the job, since that part is important to me.

Fan broke on central ac unit. Called seven places. No one could get here today. Denis arrived within an hour and finished the job within 45 minutes. Had the part I needed in his car. Charged a very reasonable rate. Impressed.
