Denis was amazing. Came on time. Recognized our issue (no heat in living room with dual zone system). Identified the fix and gave us a temporary fix and qoute on replacing the part down the road. I requested this pro for a thermostat repair, quoted at $75. When he arrived, there was a miscommunication and he ended up installing the thermostat, even though I only needed the power issue fixed. Installation was priced much higher ($150), but we settled at $100. He installed the thermostat, fixed the power problem, and everything works perfectly now. Denis also helped remove the old furnace filter, which I really appreciated. The work was good and the issue was resolved, so I’m giving 5 stars. My only feedback is that pricing should be crystal clear before starting the job, since that part is important to me.
