The team was excellent from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC, identified that the problem was a faulty valve, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. After another business had told us we needed a whole new central air system HVAC Pro came over gave us a FREE estimate and assured us we could get away with a simple repair it cost us significantly less than a whole new system and him and his partner completed the job in no time at all! At first I thought he was rude, but I think it was just a combination of cultural differences and his serious personality and good work ethic. Once he brought out the translator app on his phone, communication was smooth. He found a leak in our AC system and repaired it, and got everything finished and cleaned up in one day. We had been quoted a price for the same work at the end of last summer from a different company, but couldn’t get ahold of them when we were ready to have the work done this spring. He charged almost exactly the same price, after a year of inflation and new idiotic tariffs, so his charges are fair. Would definitely call him again if we have problems in the future. Highly recommend.
