- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Working with the budget of the customer and their wishes. Cheap things are not the very good ones, good ingredients cost money and nothing can be replaced with good quality ones.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or a virtual consultation, needs to have 3 pictures to study the skin and skin issues. Recommending customized plan on long term to repair the damage of the skin or just start working with one facial to improve skin health as much as possible. Working on long term is an opportunity to improve skin better and better.., all the facials are improving skin condition and preventing aging process.
