This was my first rodeo in the world of patenting an invention, and Michael Cohen and crew absolutely crushed it - the timeline and expectations were clearly laid out from the beginning, and they were able to navigate a submission deadline timecrunch issue (my fault) without complications. I was expecting a far longer and more expensive back and forth with the patent office, but Cohen & crew secured the patent way ahead of schedule. The fees were extremely reasonable for the task at hand, your mileage may vary depending on tech complexity of your product.10/10 would hire Cohen & Crew for my next tangle with the gooberment patent office

We offer client-friendly flat fees for our patent searches, provisional, utility, and design patents, as well as our trademark and copyright filings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will assess what type of intellectual property (IP) filing is appropriate for you (patent, trademark, copyright, or other). Once we do, we will then provide you an overview of your options and the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed patent attorneys registered before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as well as the state of California.
