- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No Recovery, No Fee. We understand that when a client has an employment issue the last thing they need is another bill. We front all the costs and work on contingency which means we only take a percentage of the recovered amount. At no point will the client ever be required to pay for anything out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a long conversation to learn about our potential client's case. Many times a client comes to us for one reason like an unlawful termination and through our discussion we are able to find stronger claims to pursue against their employer.
