- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is different and would require a different amount of time to accomplish the objective. Sometimes we apply an hourly rate when others are billed by the day or at a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we start with a telephone consultation and then we ask that the client email us the information that we need to proceed. Usually, clients pay the retainer with a debit card over the phone at which time we assign it to a field agent who is the best fit for that assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of investigators possess a wide variety of qualifications ranging from former law enforcement, military, Criminal Justice Studies and more. Each agent possesses no less than 10 years of experience in the field as a private investigator.
