This company has caused me more trouble than any carpet flooring company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they promise to deliver the product I ordered and put down a deposit for, they said they could work within my budget. Five months later, I still don't have the flooring I originally ordered. I settled for a different flooring. Then, when it came time to lay it, they didn't do a subfloor and it's all bubbled and warped. The appliances don't sit stable and they missed areas still exposed. Lastly, they tried to place the wrong color carpet and sub-grade in my home. 2 months later, they still keep coming up with excuses why I have no carpet, that its my fault the price changes, even though they got a down payment and a second payment for that carpet. I have yet to get them to secure my carpet choice and install it. The daughter keeps telling me to call the owner, her father. He keeps making excuses as to why I have no carpet. Never again, with this company. Don't trust them. Thom and Tommiann both lie, cheat, and misguide their customers. Tommiann is dismissive and directs me to contact the father, the owner. He is rude, argumentative and refuses to rectify the situation that he and his daughter created. After meeting with him the other day, he was just as difficult and I finally will be forced to call a lawyer and place charges against him and his company for Bait and switch and fraudulent claims and absconding of funds.
