FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually give rough estimates over the phone. I charge $100 for a personal consultation which of course goes toward the total price of mural if they choose to retain my services. When price is agreed upon I ask for 1/2 up front then the balance is paid upon complete satisfaction at the end of the job. I have never worked for a disappointed client . Before I leave they always say,”I love it”. I tell each client that their approval is guaranteed and/or I will adjust to their liking. This standard of excellence has served me well for 30 years.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them and we get on a common ground. We talk about their vision and together come up w exciting ideas . I formulate a sketch or show pictures of photographs or other sources.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained at college yet I am a natural . I see it before I paint it and voilà! Family genes, I was born this way.
