Introduction: In 2015 I cycled a total of 9,005 miles, mainly in Big Bear and LA and OC.
Tour de Big Bear, 70 mi.
Tour de OC, 100 mi.
I ride 6 times a week alone and with others, including local bike clubs.
I participate in triathlons as well and am Volunteer Coordinator at Big Bear Triathlon.
My goal is to inform and to inspire my riders into better Cyclists by providing training tips and time riding together.
I enjoy being in the best condition of my life promoting health and fitness through Cycling.
I have a nice network of cycling friends of all levels of experience and skill. The comraderie on rides is great at community and organized rides.
