I really like how Alyssabeth provides options for nearly every posture, so if I couldn’t quite do it one way, she gave alternate ways of doing the posture. I have bad knees so that was important to me. She takes the “yoga is for everyone” seriously and makes accommodations for everyone’s ability levels. Another great aspect is she doesn’t make her flows so complicated that I had to spend more time just trying to remember what’s next and not enjoying the process itself. She starts on time and finishes on time and always leaves time for a good Savasana.
